I have made it to the last day.  I love my diet because it  makes me feel good.  My skin even feels good.  I have energy and my back pain is less frequent.  So, on to cholesterol lowering diet 7.

For breakfast today, I had the cancer free diet again.  I varied it by adding raspberries instead of pineapple.  I still added a half banana and a handful of almonds, but left out the chia.  It was delicious. It was a good choice for cholesterol lowering diet 7.

I had my favorite lunch again today.  An avocado sandwich.  This one has avocado, alfalfa sprouts, tomatoes and kale.  The sprouted grain bread is coated with a small amount of coconut oil.  This is so good.  Kale is an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. It is rich in vitamin K. It also makes a delicious addition to a sandwich.

Today I had a green smoothie for dinner.  It is the first time I have had one in the evening.  It was very filling.  Well, I had more than one glass.

Ingredients

1 kale leaf
1 handful of spinach
1 small gala apple
4 pineapple spears
1/2 peeled cucumber
1/2 rib of celery
Water for desired consistency
a few ice cubes

Taste the celery cucumber and pineapple before you use them to make sure they taste good.  My pineapple was so sweet that I had to stop myself from eating it before i put it in the smoothie.  Put everything in the blender, add any seasonings you like.  You may add flax or chia seeds. Blend, enjoy.

Remember you can always add a little pure maple syrup if you want a sweeter drink.  This one was good with none.
